Terms & Conditions
How we quote, build, bill and hand over.
These terms apply to design, development, software licensing and marketing work carried out by Bugfixers Web and Digital Solutions.
Quotations and scope
Every project is quoted in writing with a defined scope and delivery date. Work requested outside that scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
Payment
Projects normally run on 50% advance and 50% on completion, before the final handover. Monthly services such as SEO and social media are billed in advance each month.
Client responsibilities
Content, images, logos and approvals are provided by the client. Delivery timelines start from the date we receive the content, and pause while we are waiting for approvals.
Ownership
On final payment, the source code, database and design files for your project become yours. Software licences are issued for one domain unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Support and warranty
Bugs found within 90 days of launch are fixed free of charge. New features and content changes after that are quoted separately or covered by a support plan.
Refunds
Advance payments cover work already carried out and are non-refundable once design or development has begun. If we cannot deliver what was quoted, we refund the unused balance in full.
